Have you ever been told
you were too fat? Ever been dumped by someone you’d given
your heart to because your weight became an issue? It can
be painful to hear and it can take awhile to bounce
back.
In a perfect world, we all
have partners who love us no matter how much weight we’ve
gained. In a world behind rose colored glasses, we’re cared
for and desired no matter if we putter around in our
ugliest sweats or plain, ratty tee shirts. It stinks that
we don’t live in a perfect world where physical beauty
doesn’t matter as much who we are as a person.
Daily, our senses are
bombarded by images of perfection. “Lose Weight!,’ ‘Be a
Perfect Size Six,’ “Men, Build Those Six Pack Abs’ and
headlines that make us feel as if we’re less than perfect
because our weight isn’t ideal.
Is it wrong that if we’re
overweight we’re not always thought of as an attractive,
appealing person? Well, yes, but that’s just the way the
world operates and you can’t change it. You can’t change
how people view you and you can’t change how your loved one
sees you physically.

Selling 'Get
Your Ex
Back' Guide
Sure, true love should
conquer all including when we’re physically out of shape,
but if you’ve been dumped because you’ve gained too much
weight, then you know it doesn’t. You might be thinking,
“He or she should love me and think I’m beautiful or
handsome no matter how much weight I gain.”
They should, and no one
likes the emphasis on size any more than the next person.
But people are human and we’re drawn to beauty. We’re drawn
to bodies that are physical fit. Getting in shape and
losing weight can help you not only feel better about your
health, and make you feel sexier, it can make your ex
become attracted to you all over again.
If you’ve lost your
partner and one of the reasons your ex gave was due to your
weight, you can do something about it. Not only could you
improve your love life and get back the man or woman you
long for, you’ll be amazed at what getting in shape can do
for you.
If your ex admitted your
weight was a problem for them, please don’t do what I did
and take it personal even though it
feels personal.
Don’t waste time brooding
over the hurt because that won’t change a thing anyway. Get
up and do something about it.
Making a decision makes
you feel better. You have a goal in mind and you’re moving
forward.
Look at losing weight as
the means to getting your ex back. As you lose weight,
you’ll feel more attractive.
When you feel more
attractive about yourself, that inner assurance shines out
and attracts people to you, including your ex. On the plus
side of getting your ex back when you regain your shape,
you’ll find that you’ve gained more confidence,
too.
